It is our policy to ensure that our services satisfy the requirements of appropriate classification, accreditations, and certification bodies by the implementation and continual improvement of our Management System that satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001, OPITO, and NIMASA as documented in our Quality Management System Manual.
Proper communication of our policy to all employees and interested stakeholders is our approach to meeting customers’ needs.
Our management is committed to providing all resources required for implementation of this policy so as to engender sound and quality safety training. Also, management guarantees the provision of necessary framework for the establishment of the objectives of our program based on OPITO and ISO approved standards and review of this quality policy at regular intervals.
