We promote Safety and Professionalism through specialist safety training and technology transfer to our Manpower.

Tolmann currently has a workforce of about 60 personnel. 97% of these are professionals of various disciplines in Engineering, QA/QC, Administrative Officers, Logistic Coordinators, HSE officers, and Radar Operators. These personnel are deployed to work in projects in the oil and gas sector.
