The Offshore Simulation Training Center (OSTC) at Tolmann Allied Services is Nigeria’s leading facility for offshore safety and emergency response training. Our center combines advanced simulation technology with expert instruction to deliver OPITO-approved training that meets international standards.
Located in Port Harcourt’s industrial district, OSTC provides learners with realistic, hands-on training experiences that prepare them for the challenges of working in offshore environments. From lifeboat operations to helideck management and emergency response coordination, every product is designed to build competence and confidence.
OSTC is equipped with industry-leading simulation technology that replicates real offshore scenarios. All equipment is maintained to the highest safety standards and regularly inspected to ensure optimal performance.
We offer training on TEMPC lifeboats, preparing learners for emergency evacuation and survival at sea. This includes lifeboat launching, maneuvering, and emergency procedures. Our Life Boat Operation (Coxswain) product is OPITO-approved.
Our helideck simulation facility provides realistic training for Helicopter Landing Officers (HLO) and helideck team members, covering all aspects of helideck operations and safety. Training includes Helideck Assistant (HDA) certification.
We use advanced simulators to recreate realistic emergency scenarios, allowing learners to practice crisis management, emergency response coordination, and decision-making under pressure. This training is critical for Offshore Emergency Response Team Leaders.
Learners learn to operate survival craft, including lifeboats and rescue boats, in various sea conditions and emergency situations. Our Proficiency in Survival Craft & Rescue Boats (PSCRB) product meets STCW 2010 standards.
