Digital Delivery OPITO BOSIET is a blended learning solution that combines online theory with practical training. This OPITO-approved digital BOSIET product allows learners to complete the theoretical component online at their own pace before attending a 1-day practical session at our facility.

This flexible format reduces time away from work while maintaining the high standards of OPITO-approved BOSIET training. Learners complete all theory modules online and then attend a practical day to demonstrate their skills.

Important: This digital delivery product offers flexibility while maintaining the same high standards as traditional classroom-based BOSIET. Complete theory online, then attend a 1-day practical session for hands-on training and assessment.



Product Structure

The Digital Delivery BOSIET product consists of two components:

Component 1: Online Theory

Complete all theoretical modules online at your own pace. Access to our digital learning platform with interactive content, videos, and assessments.

Duration: Self-paced (typically 1-2 days)

Component 2: Practical Day

Attend our DSTC facility for hands-on practical training including HUET, sea survival, and fire fighting exercises.

Duration: 1 Day



Practical Training Components

The 1-day practical session covers:

  • HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training) – Using our state-of-the-art simulator.
  • Sea Survival – Pool exercises including life raft boarding and survival techniques.
  • Fire Fighting – Practical fire extinguisher use and fire response drills.
  • CA-EBS Training – Deployment and use of Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System.
  • First Aid – Practical first aid and CPR demonstrations.
  • Emergency Response – Scenario-based emergency response exercises.
